Shipping, lead times and how to order
Last updated: 7 August 2026
We produce in China and ship worldwide, and every order is managed end to end, from the first concept through production and quality control to delivery. This page sets out how that works in practice.
Where we produce, and where we ship
Production takes place across specialist facilities in China, supervised by our own team. Our offices are in Dubai and Shanghai.
We ship worldwide. There is no market we will not deliver to. Brands in the United States, Australia, Europe and the Gulf all order from us on the same terms.
Incoterms
We work on all standard incoterms. Which one suits you depends on whether you would rather control freight and customs yourself or have us carry them.
- EXW, FOB and CIF: you or your freight forwarder take over at the agreed point. Import duties, taxes and clearance are yours.
- DDP: we deliver to your door and duties and taxes are included in the price you were quoted.
- If you are not sure which to choose, give us the delivery address and we will quote the options side by side so you can compare the landed cost.
Lead times
There are two stages, production and transit, and it is worth planning around both.
- Pre-production sample: 7 to 10 days to make, then a few days more by express courier.
- Production: 4 to 6 weeks, starting once you approve that sample.
- Sea freight to Europe: around 4 to 5 weeks.
- Sea freight to the United States: around 7 to 9 weeks.
Put together, here is what to plan against. Every figure below is total time from approved sample to goods in your hands, production included.
| Destination | By sea | By air cargo | By express |
|---|---|---|---|
| Europe | 8 to 11 weeks | 6 to 8 weeks | 5 to 7 weeks |
| United States | 11 to 15 weeks | 6 to 8 weeks | 5 to 7 weeks |
Express suits smaller consignments and runs about a week in transit, by DHL, FedEx and equivalent. Air cargo takes about two weeks and carries larger volumes. Other destinations, including Australia and the Gulf, are quoted on request.
Air freight, and splitting a shipment
Sea freight is the economical route and the one most orders take, but it is not the only one. We also ship by air cargo and by express courier, which cuts transit from weeks to days.
You do not have to choose one for the whole order. If your launch date is tight, we will send the quantity you need to open with by air and follow it with the balance by sea. You hit the date on the units that matter and keep the freight cost on the rest. We do this regularly and it is worth asking about early, because it is easier to plan into a production schedule than to rescue one.
Tell us your in-store or launch date when you enquire and we will quote the freight split alongside the unit price, so you can see exactly what speed costs.
Warehousing and multi-market delivery
A production run does not have to arrive in one place, or all at once. If you sell in several markets, we can split a single order across destinations and ship each part where it is needed, so you are not paying to move stock twice.
We can also hold finished goods in our warehouse and release them against your schedule. That is worth considering when you want the price of a full production run without taking delivery of it all at once, or when your own storage is the constraint. Tell us the call-off pattern you have in mind and we will build it into the quotation.
If your date is fixed
Tell us at the enquiry stage. We will work backwards from your date, propose the production and freight combination that meets it, and tell you honestly if it is not achievable before you commit to anything.
Duties and taxes
On EXW, FOB and CIF terms, import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility. On DDP we include them in the quoted price.
Tariffs vary by destination and by how the goods are classified, so if duty is material to your budget, ask us to quote DDP and you will see the full landed figure before you decide.
Payment
- 30% deposit to begin production.
- Balance payable before shipping.
- We accept all major currencies.
Samples
Samples are chargeable. Once your deposit is paid, the pre-production sample is free.
Sampling takes 7 to 10 days, plus express courier transit to you. Production begins when you approve it.
Minimum order quantities
Minimums start at 1,000 units and vary by product. Each product page states its own minimum, and we will confirm it against your specification when we quote.
Starting a project
Send us the product, the quantity, the finish you have in mind and your deadline. If you have artwork or a dieline, include it. You will have a considered reply within one working day.
