These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at luxelpac.com and any services provided by Luxel Pac, registered in Dubai, UAE ("Luxel Pac", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

All quotations issued by Luxel Pac are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until we have issued a formal order confirmation and received the agreed deposit payment.

To place a confirmed order, the following must be satisfied:

• Written acceptance of the quotation by an authorised representative of the client.
• Payment of the agreed deposit (typically 50% of the total order value).
• Approval of the pre-production sample or digital proof where applicable.
• Provision of final print-ready artwork files in the specified format.
• Written confirmation of final quantities and delivery address(es).

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes, import duties, and freight costs. Payment terms are as stipulated in the quotation, typically 50% deposit upon order confirmation and the remaining 50% prior to shipment.

Luxel Pac reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant fluctuations in raw material costs, currency exchange rates, or logistics surcharges. Any such adjustments will be communicated to the client in writing prior to production commencement.

Production lead times are estimates provided in good faith and commence from the date all of the following have been received: confirmed order, deposit payment, approved artwork, and approved pre-production sample (where applicable).

Luxel Pac shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, customs delays, port congestion, or material shortages. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you promptly of any anticipated delay.

The client warrants that it owns or has the necessary licences to use all artwork, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property submitted to Luxel Pac. The client indemnifies Luxel Pac against any claims arising from the use of such materials. All structural designs, engineering drawings, and proprietary tooling developed by Luxel Pac remain the exclusive intellectual property of Luxel Pac unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Luxel Pac maintains rigorous quality standards throughout production. Industry-standard tolerances apply to dimensions (±2mm), colour matching (assessed against approved proof under D50 lighting), and quantity (±5% over or under). Delivery of quantities within this tolerance range shall constitute full performance of the order.

Orders may not be cancelled or modified once production has commenced. Cancellations requested prior to production commencement may be subject to cancellation fees covering design, sampling, and material procurement costs already incurred.

Any modifications to confirmed orders (including quantity changes, artwork revisions, or delivery address changes) must be submitted in writing. Additional costs arising from modifications will be quoted and agreed before implementation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxel Pac's total liability to the client in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that specific order. Luxel Pac shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or reputational damage, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information exchanged in connection with their business relationship, including but not limited to pricing, product specifications, and client briefs. This obligation survives the termination of any commercial relationship between the parties.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Luxel Pac reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page. Your continued use of the website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
