Luxury packaging manufacturer for the UAE and the GCC

Luxel Pac is a custom luxury packaging manufacturer serving brands across the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf. We produce rigid boxes, folding cartons, luxury carrier bags, pouches, e-commerce mailers and the branding accessories that hold a packaging suite together, finished with foil stamping, embossing, soft-touch lamination and Pantone colour matching.

Every format below is made to your specification rather than adapted from a stock size. Minimums differ by format because the tooling and set-up behind each one differs.

Fragrance is the format we are asked for most in this region, and it is the least forgiving. A perfume box is handled slowly, held close and opened in front of the person who received it, so the tolerances that matter are the ones a buyer feels rather than the ones on a drawing: how squarely the lid meets the base, whether the wrap lies flat at the corner, how the insert holds the bottle when the box is tilted.

We make rigid boxes for fragrance with magnetic closures, lift-off lids and drawer constructions, with foam, card or flocked inserts cut to the bottle. Oud and attar packaging carries the same construction with the proportions changed: smaller footprints, deeper wells, and finishes that read as rich under warm retail light rather than under a photography lamp.

Dates and chocolate are the Gulf gifting formats, and both bring a constraint that ordinary rigid boxes do not: the packaging touches food, and it sits in a warm climate before it is opened.

We produce food-safe boxes and cartons for date houses, chocolatiers and hamper brands, with barrier liners, food-grade inks and trays sized to the count. Minimum order is 2,500 units. Where a hamper mixes formats, a rigid outer with a fitted tray and a printed sleeve, we make the components together so the colours match across all three rather than being matched later by eye.

Corporate gifting in the Gulf concentrates into a few dates, and packaging is almost always the part that runs late. The arithmetic is straightforward and it is worth doing early.

• Pre-production sample: 7 to 10 days to make, plus a few days by express courier.
• Production: 4 to 6 weeks, starting the day you approve that sample.
• Sea freight: 3 weeks to the UAE, 4 weeks to Saudi Arabia, 3 to 4 weeks to Oman and Kuwait.
• DDP clearance and delivery to your door: one further week.

Put together, this is what to plan against.

Counting from approved artwork rather than from an approved sample, allow ten to twelve weeks to a door in the UAE on DDP, and eleven to thirteen to Saudi Arabia. Working back from UAE National Day on 2 December, artwork wants to be signed off in early September. Ramadan and Eid move ten to eleven days earlier each year against the Gregorian calendar, so count back the same way from the date you need stock in hand.

If a deadline is tighter than that, tell us the date before the specification. Some of it compresses: air freight instead of sea, or a finish that needs no separate tooling. It is better to design around the deadline than to discover it at sampling.

Our office is in Dubai and our production is in China. That combination is deliberate, and it is the honest answer to what we actually are.

The commercial relationship sits in the Gulf: quoting, artwork, approvals and the person who answers when something needs deciding, on your working week rather than a time zone away from it. The making sits in China, where the tooling, the hand-finishing and the material range for luxury work run deepest, and where a specialist facility exists for almost any construction you might specify.

What it means in practice is that the range you can specify is not limited by what one factory happens to own. We match the construction to the facility that does it best, supervised by our own team, and you deal with one company throughout rather than with a broker in the middle.

We ship worldwide on all standard incoterms. On DDP we deliver to your door with duties and taxes included in the quoted price, which turns a landed cost into a single number.

Recycled, recyclable and FSC-certified materials are available across the range, with plant-based laminates and water-based coatings where a finish allows them. Minimum order is 5,000 units.

The trade-off worth knowing before you specify: some luxury finishes and some recyclability claims pull against each other, and a foil-blocked, soft-touch laminated box is harder to recycle than a plainer one. We will tell you which parts of a specification cost you on that front and what the alternatives look like, rather than certify around it.
