What are custom rigid boxes?
Custom rigid boxes from 1,000 units, made in China in 4 to 6 weeks, and engineered for the moment of unveiling. Built from premium greyboard, wrapped in specialty art paper, finished with magnetic closures, satin ribbon, or bespoke clasps.
Each box is supervised from material selection to the final edge finish. The interior is treated with the same intent as the exterior: paper-lined, satin-flocked, or fitted with an insert that holds the product still. Inserts are cut from foam, thermoformed in PET, folded from board, or moulded in bagasse, chosen on the weight and fragility of what they carry.
A rigid box is also called a setup box, and in that trade the two words mean the same construction. Structures range from magnetic-lid and shoulder-neck boxes to the book box: a rigid box shaped like a hardcover book, with a spine, a concealed magnetic clasp and a satin-lined reveal, the format brands reach for when the unboxing should feel like opening a rare edition.
